There has been a lot of talk about the water level at Lake Shasta near Redding, California. Contrary to popular belief, there's still plenty of water!
As of yesterday, July 21st 2014, the water level measured at 936.47 feet elevation above sea level. Full lake elevation and dam crest is 1067 feet. There is still over 200 miles of shoreline, and plenty of water for you to enjoy.
See for yourself:
Beautiful views and stunning blue waters
Uncovered shoreline = more room for exploration!
There's still lots of water for all of your lake activities
Relax, there's still time to reserve a houseboat vacation at Lake Shasta this summer
